Your stops are waiting as a clean list. Swipe to confirm a job, fix a name or a price, or add one we missed. It remembers each customer's usual service and price, so most nights are just confirm, confirm, confirm.
Every job is marked paid or unpaid. With Pro, see everything outstanding in one place and send a friendly reminder from your own Messages — your number, your words.
What you get
Stops are noticed on their own, in the background. Your day shows up as a timeline — where you were, when you got there, how long you stayed.
Every stop we notice is shown to you. Ones we're unsure about fold into an “Other stops” line you can open and promote — the worst case is an extra tap, never a lost job.
Set a customer's service and price once. Next visit, they're already filled in.
Capture keeps running out past the last cell tower, and your records sync when you're back in range.
See the driving distance for each working day — home, job to job, and home again — calculated from the jobs you confirmed. A useful running total, not a certified IRS mileage log.
If tracking gets switched off or goes quiet, TallyCraft says so the same day instead of leaving a hole in your records. And you can always add a job by hand.
Straight talk
It records who paid and who hasn't, and helps you send a reminder. You keep collecting the way you already do — Zelle, Venmo, cash, check.
No crew calendars, route planners, quotes or customer portals. There are big tools for that. This one stays small on purpose.

It's built to sip: low-power location while you drive, sharper only once you stop, and it rests outside the work hours you set. Like any app that uses location in the background it does use some battery — if it's ever more than you'd expect, tell us.
Add a missed job by hand in a couple of taps. Stops that weren't work — lunch, the parts store — swipe away. Nothing is ever sent to anyone, so a wrong entry never costs you more than a swipe.
No. Customers never hear from the app. The only message that ever goes out is a reminder you choose to send, from your own number.
It doesn't move money. It keeps the record — the job, the price, paid or not — and with Pro it can make a receipt or invoice PDF for you to share however you like.
It was built first for landscaping and lawn care, and it fits any trade where the day is a string of stops: house cleaning, pool and spa care, pressure washing, mobile detailing, pet grooming, handyman work, HVAC and appliance repair.
Pause it for the winter: capture stops and your history stays put. If you're on Pro you can cancel for the off-season and resubscribe in spring — your full history is kept and comes back when you do. The yearly plan is priced with a seasonal year in mind.
